Republican New York City mayoral candidate Curtis Sliwa went viral on Wednesday with a rhyming tirade against rival Andrew Cuomo, the former governor of New York.
Sliwa, the founder of the Guardian Angels, trashed his opponents in the race during an interview with Fox News’ Sean Hannity.
Sliwa slammed the policies of Democratic candidate Zohran Mamdani.
Current Mayor Eric Adams, who is running for reelection as an independent, is “damaged goods,” Sliwa claimed, referencing investigations into alleged corruption within his administration.
But his sharpest attack was reserved for Cuomo, also running as an independent.
“Andrew Cuomo is a creep,” Sliwa declared.
“Everybody likes Curtis Sliwa,” the candidate then claimed. “My favorable ratings are the highest in this election cycle.”
